Teenstock International Music Festival: Celebrating the Best in Music
Teenstock International™ is not a competition or a battle of the bands. Our mission is not to compare performers or determine who is “better,” but to provide a positive, supportive platform for young musicians ages 19 and under to showcase their talent and confidently share their artistry with the world.
Teenstock welcomes a wide range of musical genres. All submitted music must adhere to Teenstock’s content guidelines. Lyrics must be clean and family-appropriate, free of profanity, explicit content, political messaging, or controversial themes. Teenstock is a “G-rated” program designed for all audiences, including children both in attendance and watching remotely. Although we have accepted bands that play hard rock, you may be asked to tone it down, as some venues do not like the loud, head banging type of music. It doesn't mean we won't accept it. It just means, you might have to tweak it a little to conform to venue rules.
This standard also applies to stage attire. Clothing or accessories displaying explicit language, political statements, or controversial imagery are not permitted. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and forfeiture of the opportunity to perform.
Before submitting an application or requesting a performance slot, performers and families are asked to carefully review personal schedules to ensure full availability for the event date. Last-minute cancellations create significant challenges for event operations and may negatively impact fellow performers. While we understand that true emergencies can arise, cancellations due to known conflicts or pending engagements place an unfair burden on the production team and other participants.
Each Teenstock event requires months of planning and countless hours of preparation. A late cancellation can disrupt the performance schedule, alter the lineup, and affect the overall experience for everyone involved. We appreciate your professionalism, consideration, and understanding as we work together to create a successful and memorable event.
